TELEMETRY AND CRASH REPORTS The app collects a very minimal amount of telemetry, and it does not in any way tie it to an account number, IP or other identifiable information. Account numbers are used for authentication. App logs are never sent automatically but are rather explicitly sent by the user. App version checks are performed every 24 hours to tell the app if there are any upgrades available and if the currently running version is still supported.
If the split tunneling feature is used, then the app queries your system for a list of all installed applications. This list is only retrieved in the split tunneling view. The list of installed applications is never sent from the device.

Mullvad VPN is excellent in speeds, IPv6, WireGuard, no logs, privacy, anonymity, owned servers, based in Sweden, made in 2009, with a flat pricing of €5/month top-up. It is my top choice and I highly recommend it. For additional anonymity and privacy, you can use Tor Browser, while being connected to Mullvad VPN.

I love mullvad, I used more than 6 different vpns already but mullvad is the best in every category. I trust it the most, they offer maximum privacy possible and have nice features like DAITA (which is explicitly for more privacy in the current time - explained better on the mullvad website) fhe performance is great and I love this mobile app. Nothing to complain!

Very disappointed with Mullvad. It barely works on either Windows or Android. I'm in Iran, and many servers fail to connect or only work temporarily before disconnecting. Ironically, some free VPNs are more reliable than this paid service. I expected much better from Mullvad. I regret buying a subscription and hope they improve support for users in heavily restricted countries like Iran.
