I recently changed to an electric car from gasoline and, as a long time customer, thought I would use the Galp app for at least some of my charging. But, so far, the "Carrera" section of the app neither allows me to add a payment card, nor to submit my details for permission to charge. I've gone from being a Galp wherever possible customer to a pretty much never Galp customer because they can't get their act together on the app. I'll unsubscribe from the newsletter too as I can't use vouchers.

The app is extremely buggy; I’ve ordered a card twice now just to avoid using the app, but the card never even arrives.

The app was great, however in the last update I'm forced to have Google Chrome installed in order to use it. I should be able to use the app independently of the browser I have installed.
