Read two chapters in a technical manual, highlighting and underlining important bits along the way, to find out the next day that you can't save your work. Was a waste of my time making notes, so it's no better than any other PDF reader in spite of its description; it displays files.

Switching to GNU open source software everywhere would be a dream & I so appreciate the tireless manpower behind it. Yet, also MuPDF makes you feel like you need to gather all energy only to manage your digital life: No Android 10 support. No text notes function. Highlighting text is fidgety. Draw size for free annotations too large & can't be resized etc. Software (and hardware) is there to make your stuff happen, not to slow you down. The whole reason why Apple is so successful. Unfortunate!!

Can't seem to find a simple, plain bookmarking feature - hence the low rating. As I understand it, even if such feature does exist, it's hidden somewhere under a clutterful interface in a way a fairly seasoned user like myself cannnot find it; so, I'll abide by my 2-star rating until proven wrong.
