Inside cashiers are exceptional. Very friendly and competent. Outside customers are idiots. I am waiting for pump and the idiot in front spent 15 min changing wiper blades and didn't get gas. Another spent 10 minutes on his phone then got into his car for 10 more than got out and pumped while 2 others waited. Then a woman pulled in behind him, but her tank was on the other side. Watching her try to put the hose over the top of her car was historical then a car pulled in behind her. Then the

If you give the wrong pump number they make you pay double they don't reset the pump, so they are getting double the money not right at all

BEWARE: Compared to almost every other gas station reward program, you DON'T get an automatic 10 cents off gas for being a member here. After your 100 sign-up points to get the 10 cents, you have to SLOWLY earn back up to get 100 points just for another ONE TIME, 10 cent discount. Unless you buy a BUNCH of stuff in store. 1 gallon of gas earns ONLY 1 POINT. So, the average car would need 5 to 6 full tank fill-ups to get 10 cents off the 7th fill-up. Murphy rewards is SO NOT WORTH IT. UNSUBSCRIBING

At one time the Murphy's usa app was worth having. Now after being a loyal customer I have finally parted ways as it has become useless. I was getting good deals at first then it all went down from there. I watched customer's that had not been a Murphy's customer very long get better deals on products and tobacco as well. I sent some feedback and emails never got any response or anything offered to me that I had any interest in.
