The Barberini App presents audio tours for adults and children along with wide-ranging information on our exhibitions: interviews with art experts, artist biographies, and interesting facts about the museum, its collection, and its founder Hasso Plattner. You’ll also discover 360° panoramas, multimedia websites for each exhibition, and the audio tour Italy in Potsdam, a guided walking tour of art and architecture inspired by Italian models. The Barberini App also includes creative ideas for children and youth and, last but not least, information on all our services including opening hours, ticketing, programs and events, and visitor accessibility.

Downloaded and would've preferred to have in English as my German can't keep up with it. No option found to change language even though the video in the shop showed bilingual examples. Switched system language to English but this didn't help. The exhibition itself is excellent. There's a lot to get through so start early and have breaks.

There is a bug in the playback of audio tours: if you change the playback speed, this is reset to 1x when you move on to another picture (actually the displayed speed is still correct, but doesn't match the actual playback speed).

Tour guide is well organized abd provides interesting additional information to display pieces. Only issue I could find at one point was finding the starting point to a tour inside the museum.

The app has lots of problems. Sometimes it wouldn't play the audio, and I had to disconnect and then reconnect my earbuds. Also, if you disconnect earbuds while the audio is playing, it continues to play and the pause button doesn't do anything. It's not even possible to reduce the volume in this situation. Please fix these issues, otherwise the app is unusable.

Takes long too load, constantly crashes. If this app warrants the high museum entrance price, just let me read the cards next to the paintings and reduce the price. Let companies like Spotify and Google do the platforming please.

Catastrophe The app looks good but the audio fails on Android when using Bluetooth earphones. I tested it with other apps and only this one fails. Furthermore, it also crashed multiple times when navigating through different parts of the app
