This is a versatile Playlist Manager and MP3/M4A/FLAC tag Editor. NOTE: Android playlists are deprecated in API level 31. Google will keep the current functionality for compatibility reasons, but will no longer take feature request. Google do not advise adding new usages of Android Playlists.
Apart from the usual functionality of creating playlists from your music, there are many unique features such as creating not only android but also .m3u and smb playlists. In addition, it offers a level of integration with Poweramp™ music player.

So glad I found this ! It does exactly what I wanted, i.e. creates Playlists based on criteria you supply, and automatically adds them to your Android Music Player, and can back them up as.m3u files. The developer is extremely helpful and fast to respond to queries. All round - Excellent ! UPDATE FOR VERSION 2.46 The developer has now kindly incorporated my enhancement requests and for me this app is now the complete answer to everything I wanted to do. I am delighted. A fully featured app with an attentive developer providing support and feature requests. I needed CSV export and ratings clearing on P-Amp playlists to use for G-Play subscription Music playlist importing. I was looking for a way to organize my music into playlists for power amp but this app doesn't even recognize 3/4ths of the music files on my phone, then it wouldn't talk to power amp to load what I did have into the playlist cue. Total waste of money!!!

Pros: reads/writes Power Amp playlists. Cons: the GUI is confusing & amateur; controls' intentions are not clear. Set-up is unforgiving if you don't understand precisely what the app is asking for. Bugs: Smart playlist: select track title containing "chill out" finds zero tracks (Power amp finds 20). [Times Played] not an option in Smart Playlists. Suggestion: Make Smart Playlists refresh a playlist without me having to load, run, save again.

Seems to have become awkward to use. I have.m3us available on the folder. Poweramp is reading them, but playlist manager shows nothing under the power amp tab, so I cannot re-add the ratings based on POPM
