MusicBrainz App is designed to do the following:
- View release information by scanning a barcode - Search for information about artists, releases, release groups, labels, recordings, instruments, and events. - View collections - Tag audio files like Picard - Send Releases to your Picard - Donate to the MetaBrainz Foundation
MusicBrainz captures information about artists, their recorded works, and the relationships between them. Recorded works entries capture at a minimum the album title, track titles, and the length of each track. These entries are maintained by volunteer editors who follow community written style guidelines. Recorded works can also store information about the release date and country, the CD ID, cover art, acoustic fingerprint, free-form annotation text, and other metadata.

★★★★★
Wonderful app! Really love tbe functionalities provided
★★★★★
I primarily use the desktop version, but it's a program that I will universally support and praise.
★★★★★
The app is too good, but it's should have an advance search having country date title and a sort system
★★★★★
Love developing this app! Best thing I've found over the internet so far 💯🔥
★★☆☆☆
Really disappointing app, given how good the desktop version is. However, it is a relatively new app (released about a year ago), so I believe it has plenty of potential to one day be great. In its current form, this app lacks A LOT of some basic tagging functionality that I expected. It only seems to be able to manually tag the Title, Artist, Track#, Disc# and Year (not even "Release Date"). Hopefully they'll incorporate all the tags editable in MusicBrainz Picard (desktop) in the future.
★★☆☆☆
It does not tag your music library this app seems to be for free labor from individuals to identify music by uploading information also it askes for permission not required for the purpose of editing your personal content
★★☆☆☆
Had this software on my PC, and it was one of the best programs I ever used. The mobile app misidentifies distinct songs as being identical songs by a distinct artist.
Technologies used by MusicBrainz
MusicBrainz is requesting 7 permissions and is using 33 libraries.
