Useless app, the barcode scanner doesn't work it just freezes, then goes back to my home screen, and you can't even input the barcode manually either. Avoid the app.

They don't collect the items when you book the pickup. Have rebooked several times but no sign of VRI 🤷♂️ Charity shop here I come

Probably the worst app I have used. I was trying to buy some DVDs but had to give up as the back button on the phone to go back to the list to choose from doesn't take you to the previous page but back to the home page, so you have to start all over again. When I eventually got some DVDs in the basket I tried to pay with Google PayPal but the Google Pay button doesn't work and just brings up errors. I gave up after half an hour of trying.

I sent them a new Apple iPhone 15 with no marks on it and when they sent it back it got 4 marks on the screen in the first place they bothered me $330, and then they said we will other me $299 so do not trust
