Great service. Big dvd clear out. Home collection also makes it easy and convenient. Very happy.

This is a better app the cex... cex gives 0.01p on dvds and this app gives little more than just 0.01p

I have been a returning customer for several years. They are very professional, and I have always had a positive experience when buying from them. I have no compunction in recommending this seller to all buyers, they are excellent, and my purchases are always very well packaged.

They don't pay what is offered, If rejected items are under £15.00, Items don't get returned, I was offered £36.00-received £19.00’t that's with Two rejections, Wouldn't recommend, They pay quickly, Yes I give them that 👎 and those 2 games, 😳 ""MUSIC MAGPIE, Do The Math"

This is an awful experience if you're looking to buy from music Magpie. Confusing and clunky interface. Awkward navigation where you have to look for a back button to return to search results else you'll be kicked out to a menu. I added 5 albums to my basket, only to find just 1 was there when ready to order (the last one). To make things worse, one of the CDs was last in stock, so I couldn't buy it as it was reserved by me but not showing in basket, and resulted in being removed from search.

Scamming bastards give you a price online, then when they receive them they tell you they're not worth anything even though everything that was sent was in mint condition

Worst shopping experience you'll ever have. music Magpie as a whole is a really good service, I've been using it for years to buy/sell dvds. The app is such a time waste though, anytime you hit the back button you're thrown to the main menu. So if you're searching or browsing and tap on 'view product' that's the end of the search/browse. There is no way to just return to the previous page, you just simply have to start again and hope you remember what page you were on. Use the website, it works.
