This app is great, there is such a vast amount of content. I originally was a Drumeo subscriber, & now they have singing, piano AND guitar, under one app! I've been using Drumeo for a year, & have been drumming (in some form) for 25 years, self-taught. Learning the fundamentals has been very rewarding, & has enhanced my playing abilities. Also increased my confidence of my drumming, that I can actually see myself joining a band again (last band was 15 years ago). Thanks for helping me grow!🤘

I'm simply hooked on Musora! I joined for Drum lessons and am very happy with Drumeo. The umbrella of musical structure Musora makes available, however, is an incredible-added value I didn't initially fully appreciate. Because Singeo was included in my subscription, I tried it out and loved it. When I saw one of the charismatic Singeo instructors was also on Pianote, I tried that out and loved it as well. Long story short, I eventually became curious about Guitario - tried it and loved it.

I can't get through a lesson without the video cutting out. Worst of all is that the app *doesn't recover*. It boots me back to the home screen and I have to try to seek to where I was in the lesson, because the app doesn't remember. All of this is assuming that the whole thing didn't just straight up crash, which is about 10% of the time. Took 45 mins to get through a 10-min lesson. YouTube, twitch work fine from same location. Pixel 6, Wi-Fi signal good->excellent. Extremely frustrating.

Lessons for "Beginners" are pretty ridiculous (difficult)... The only positive thing is Lisa's lessons. And how the hell do you cancel a subscription? I've tried though the app, through Musora website and also through the Shopify page, but there are no obvious options... I deliberately chose the monthly subscription which said, cancel easily at any time...

I was given a 30-day free trial period. I was not notified that my 30 days were up nor asked if I wanted to continue. Musora charged my PayPal account $197.00 without my knowledge. I have emailed customer support regarding this issue and asked for a refund due to not alerting me about the end of my free trial and the charge to my PayPal account. I have yet to hear back. My next step is to go to PayPal customer support to try and resolve this issue.
