Each system is handled on its own terms. Fixed-roster games with no points at all, warbands priced in gold crowns, teams priced by team value — Muster follows the rules of the game you're building for instead of forcing everything into a points budget.

It tracks what your detachment makes available, what it limits, and what it changes, and applies that while you build.
