★★☆☆☆ I was in Bologna, Italy and installed the app and put 2 tickets on my phone. However, on the bus when I tried to use it twice, it gave a red X error. I went and pay 2 euros with coins. Worthless app and a rip-off

★★☆☆☆ I changed phones, so I had to re-download the application in the new one. I will preface this by saying that on this phone I had purchased a 10-ticket City Pass and had 7 more left to use again. I logged into the new phone and the tickets were all gone. And then they also disappeared in the old phone because maybe it had updated according to the "settings" of the new phone. How do we solve to get my tickets back again? Thank you.

★★☆☆☆ Useless, "you don't have the right profile to buy a ticket". Remove from play store please
