Never going to use it again. So you can buy the ticket without payment and after that payment fails due to the problem with their application, and then they end up sending you huge fine that you didn't pay. Perfect way of stealing your money. Never gonna use this scam. Better use other app where you can pay before buying the ticket.

I was charged for a ticket, but I didn't receive it in my app. I contacted the customer service, and they basically told me they can't do anything for the fact that their app is buggy enough to make clients pay for tickets they won't receive.
