OZP competitors have communistic roots. OZP is different. Considering how had is for them to succeed, I think they are working well, and I wish more success to them. This application proves this company is healthy, based on economical principles. In the current legal jungle, it should help them to win fair while keeping the healthcare system as good as it is now.

Along with Jakarta updates, the app is gradually getting more and more pleasant to use. Some menus are still a bit quirky, but big progress has been made since 2020.

No English version. Not user-friendly. Response to developers: There are plenty of foreigners who use public health insurance. English is a bridge language of the world. Perhaps they have opted for another company for this very reason that there is no English language switcher in your application (which is a very easy thing to implement that makes a huge difference to clients).
