App crashes nonstop. 3 weeks ago you can't see the bus 7 weekday schedule bus stops. Now you can't even open the app and go to any schedule without it crashing and closing.

First in queue for catch connect. Waited 45+ minutes. Ride was cancelled for no reason. Rebook. Fifth in queue. Wait again. Cancelled again for no reason. Useless

The Catch Connect nearly always goes to an address 10 minutes away from me (by foot) and then marks me as a no-show when I don't walk there fast enough.

There are several issues with the service and the app aggravates a number of those. The interface is sluggish, outdated and full of vulnerabilities. Crashes are constant and the GPS tracking is inaccurate. ETA is a sad joke and the routing backend might as well be a random draw instead of even the most basic routing algorithm. You lose connection with the dispatch all the time, there is no conversation log or audit log and on top of that they treat you like you are stupid or unable to read.
