Highly professional, helpful and polite staff! I am happy to be their customer!

Not so bad. It would be perfect if after payment I could download the receipt to my payment.
★★★★★Russell Wilson· Apr 1, 2026
Easy to use once it's installed. Requires a difficult photo upload of greek documents
★☆☆☆☆Xenofon Stergiadis· Mar 13, 2026
The app is dis-functional in all platforms for months, doesn't recognize credentials and its very frustrating when certain key features that when selected during contract signing are limited only to the app that does not work! It is also untrustworthy when their replies are always either to blame the customer or that they make any efforts to solve the problem! Tickets are worthless, and it seems there is no technical support at all other than an automated apologizing answering device.

Update: I cannot find any bill/payment history before the 2 last ones. This is not acceptable. I'm paying exorbitant amounts for my electricity (I live on my own, no A/C, gas cooker), and I can't find my analytical bills anywhere.
★☆☆☆☆Dimitris Babalis· Oct 13, 2026
Unacceptable Service The service is simply unacceptable. Logging into the system is difficult, and even when we manage to log in, the app consistently displays a blank page. Furthermore, the app cannot be downloaded. To make matters worse, payments are not reflected on the same day. We have to wait one or two days before they appear in the available balance. These issues indicate a serious lack of reliability, functionality, and efficiency. This level of service is unacceptable
