The app is dis-functional in all platforms for months, doesn't recognize credentials and its very frustrating when certain key features that when selected during contract signing are limited only to the app that does not work! It is also untrustworthy when their replies are always either to blame the customer or that they make any efforts to solve the problem! Tickets are worthless, and it seems there is no technical support at all other than an automated apologizing answering device.

Update: I cannot find any bill/payment history before the 2 last ones. This is not acceptable. I'm paying exorbitant amounts for my electricity (I live on my own, no A/C, gas cooker), and I can't find my analytical bills anywhere.

For some strange reason I couldn't log in anymore. And my credentials were denied. When I checked further, my account doesn't seem to exist. While trying to make a new account with a new (completely new!) email account I got the message that this email account can not be used due to suspicious activity in the past. It is a complete new email account! What an awful app!
