Our Founder and CEO, Genny Williams, grew up the daughter of a well-known agent in Pascagoula, Miss., and learned from a young age that entrepreneurship is an incredibly demanding career path, requiring long hours, patience and enthusiasm in the face of uncertainty.

Though she initially sought a different path in life, she realized in her early 20s that the same fire that drove her father to wild success lived within her. So, she got her license, strapped her children in the back seat and started her journey.

Over the next 22+ years, Genny would become a Top-Producing Agent, Team Leader, Recruiter, Coach, Public Speaker and Founder/CEO of Get a Real Estate Life.

She's personally coached many of the top agents across the Southeast, built marketing plans that have generated millions of dollars in sales volume and helped thousands of struggling agents stay in the business and become wildly successful.

What's helped her reach and attract so many agents in her career is her passion and enthusiasm, which she herself calls an "obsession." That obsession has led to a best-selling book, called "Build a 6 Figure Real Estate Business," a feature on "America's Premier Experts," appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX news affiliates and talks with thousands of agent on stages across the United States.

The book has led to the creation of the “My 6 Figure Day” program that is usually taught all in person or via zoom. Now, it is brought to you in an app form! We are committed to the success of not only agents but anyone in the relationship sales business.
