Good Ap. Works well. I'd prefer an automatic activation for 7th visit reward. And go back to original fuel lock, I don't like the 25c cap. But overall good, Nice coffee!

I have been a loyal 7-Eleven customer for over three decades, so I am extremely disappointed that the new My 7-Eleven App can't be used on my Samsung S20 Ultra 5G because it requires Android 14 or above. My phone is still perfectly capable of running 99% of the apps I use without any problems, yet I am unable to download or use the new 7-Eleven App simply because of this Android version restriction. I find it extremely disappointing that customers with perfectly working mobiles need to update.

Fuel lock only works sometimes. That is, it works in the app, not always recognized when you go in to pay, however. Too late, you've already filled up.

This app is not working it's not recording my visits? it's been 6 visits all together and It's still say 3 visits tracked. Not sure what to do. 4 Aust. Now it's NOT tracking my visits, but it still gives discounts on discounted things on the app list. What should I do ? I should have 2 rewards in total and 5 times visits tracked. But I only have 1 rewards on the app and no visits tracked. ???
