The app works fine but is missing functionality, that to be fair is also missing from the website. That being I cannot find a place that lets you see the details of the bookings made. You see a current booking number, but no date or time slot it that has been booked for. This is not hard to code, developers please get on to it. It would make the app and website so much less annoying.

Shite company won't even help out on a repair and send you on a wild goose chase. Even put a complaint abt not able to book a repair. But happily take the monthly payment 😡

Took out a policy. On top of existing policy from manufacturers. Hoping it will cover something extra e.g. accidental damage but no it doesn't. Cancelling my policy.

Terrible I have 4 Domestic and general plans/policies. I can log in to app, confirm my address on app, but when I enter my plans it says details do not match and to re input my address. Phoned D+G on Friday, March 18th 2022 and was told: "Might be a system error" "It's going to come round eventually" And that was that.
