Great App! Works great for making payments. The only issue that I have experienced and still do is getting notifications on my phone. I have double-checked multiple times that I have notifications turned on for this specific app in my phone's actual settings and then also in the Alta fiber app settings as well. No clue but they never work when I have a chat going on with customer service or when I get a message back from a representative.

This is an honest to GOD experience. Our internet company sold out to this alta fiber they called and told me a bunch of bunk saying one lie after another about price and a bunch of other things. Well as time went on there was an issue. With the bill as soon as you pay it off here comes more charges.I just can't say how much I went through with them people. I. couldn't understand the customer service people. WOW

The app is tota dog water. You add a payment option. Declined. You know better. Try again. Declined. You add a new payment method. Declined. You know better. Try again. Declined. After spamming back and forth for 10 minutes one of them will eventually accept your payment as legit. I really enjoy the task taking 10 minutes to complete when it should only take me 30 seconds. Please do not do better. We love having precious time in our lives stolen

They cbt disconnected my phone I haven't paid in months, I called Kroger's, bank all said payment went to CBT, so foreign people say I have no bill? Well I had scammed calls 📞 on landline all day from Oct-Mar cbt did nothing to prevent it. My bill says 22.84, acp applied, they say my bill is$50 a month, so whose using ACP? It's still around the FCC will not tell you but phone companies destroyed for consumer we had nothing to do with the criminal activity. Cbt NR. file complaint.
