WOW This has to be the Best and Streamlined Broadband company I've ever had the privilege of working with... They force people to pay late fees by manipulating pay dates and card access until the last second. This company is a scam.

No useful functionality, can't even reset the modem remotely. Astound is just a less reliable Comcast but somehow with worse customer service

Completely useless outside of collecting money. Can't see if there is an outage. Can't report anything. It provides nothing and no information other than pay your bill and here is our number. Quite a spectacular fail for an Internet provider to not have an app for Internet service. It doesn't do what they say, not even the basics. Their reply is insulting.
