WOW This has to be the Best and Streamlined Broadband company I've ever had the privilege of working with... And WOW I've only paid for the "Middle Tier" of high speed Data / Wi-Fi, and it's faster than anything I've ever experienced... Makes me wonder 🤔 just how much faster the top tier high speed would be but since I'm content with this middle tier speed I'll just leave it for you to try it out.

So far so good. Ready with Internet in less than 3 hours. Now hopefully the connection will stay steady, and the rate won't change unlike a certain company that ends in trum 😆

No useful functionality, can't even reset the modem remotely. Astound is just a less reliable Comcast but somehow with worse customer service

They force people to pay late fees by manipulating pay dates and card access until the last second. This company is a scam.

Completely useless outside of collecting money. Can't see if there is an outage. Can't report anything. It provides nothing and no information other than pay your bill and here is our number. Quite a spectacular fail for an Internet provider to not have an app for Internet service. It doesn't do what they say, not even the basics. Their reply is insulting.
