Have used this app in the past. Simple and worked great. Paid for pro, backed up to cloud. Bought a new phone. Cannot log in. Sent multiple support requests and emails. Never any response. Not happy now.

Will not back up as of Android version 16. The backup option is no longer available and complains all premissions are not assigned to app. Used to work. Pixel 9 Pro XL. Email with software developer completely unresponsive. Too bad, previously used My Backup Pro for many years.

This used to be an awesome app. Now, no updates since September 2023. No consolidated view of app versions during a restore. Restores on non-rooted devices are terrible -- not batched, and no data. Backups now require additional permissions that are not requested by the app, and a few months ago, it mysteriously stopped backing up my files or data -- with no alarm or alert. "It's dead, Jim". Still works on my phone with Android 12, but not on the one running Android 14.
