I downloaded the app because I have had this account for years I sent my sister to pay by bill at the Lewisville branch with my I'd her ID the bill and my debit card The account has always been in my mother's name she was given hassel because her name or my name was not on the bill what does it matter if the bill is being paid with identification but now even with the app I can't remember the old phone number that was associated with this account that I have had for multiple years what can I do

Cant leave 0 star ¡¡¿¡ Well all I can say is I tried and again and again never getting this ap to do a thing I compare it to the website I did use a couple of times paying my electric bill the website lots more likely to perform up till yesterday DON'T EVEN CONCIDER THIS AP AT ALL WORTHLESS WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND EFFORT

Can't open bills. The app doesn't identify Adobe PDF reader, or the other one, on my phone and therefore won't let me download my bill. It's MY DAMN BILL! AN APP SHOULDN'T DECIDE WHETHER I CAN DOWNLOAD MY OWN BILL. JUST DO WHAT I SAY. So both those things need to be fixed, identification of available PDF reader and the ability to download your bill regardless of one present or not.
