Such a great and useful app! I've used it once to report a sinkhole behind where I live. However, whoever decided to fill it up a 2nd time with loose dirt isn't very bright. The sinkhole is already starting to sink in again within a week or 2 of it being filled.

Pretty useless. No way to connect with services. No way to schedule anything, be it covid vaccination or trash pick up. No way to report issues. Basically it's good for getting snow emergency alerts.

This app is a decent idea, but it frankly needs work. All pages should load in the app rather than opening your web browser. There also needs to be more daily utility in the app, like integration with the parking meter system to help find parking. It would also be great if the app could be used to gain discounts at some local businesses to encourage stimulation of the local economy. I would also love to see polls introduced to allow local governance to gain insight without a formal public vote.

Was excited when I got the flyer with my water bill this month stating I could pay my bill with this app. Was disappointed after signing up that there is a 2.5% fee for using my bank account. I use autopay with my bank for all my other utilities since I don't need to worry about mailing or dropping off a check, and it's free. I understand the charge for a credit card, but not directly from my bank account. 2 stars because I had to email someone to deactivate my account and can't do it myself.

The app will not let me submit without a picture. I do not have a picture. I was driving. There is an issue with a traffic light. It does not require a picture, but I can't seem to go past that part.
