Not bad. The Google map used by the app is ancient and doesn't display my address correctly as a result. Would be nice to be able to be able to remotely close windows and sunroof for my LCI G01 X3 using the app.

App constantly states it has no internet connection. For at least 3 months, but I have a strong signal and all other apps and functions on my phone work. The car says there is an update, but I can't get the app to stop saying there is no internet 😕

Doesn't work with electrify america stations anymore. Trying to use the 2-year free charging, but the app stops the charge, so you have to call customer support and wait 1 hr+ to get electrify america to start the charge

2021 330ix since purchased, the app has shown a safety recall on the front passenger seat belt. The dealer had signed it off and other dealers confirmed No Recall. The vehicle confirms No Recall. The dealers are not able to remove the recall from my bmb APp. Removed and reinstall more than a few times. Tech service doesn't seem to have a clue... I'm with me.....how many times does it take contacting support, I've lost count...
