Useful app, containing all the info you need to know. But the only thing that bothers me is that I am unable to reload my ski card. Code on the card doesn't match the code in the editing field, and it is not possible to enter it.

All the info is really helpful and reloading a card is really easy. However, I can't see my results' breakdown which is available on the website. If I try to manually add my card on the website it says it is expired. This means that I will have to continue using the website for now...

Cannot reload my card. Application doesn't work. Needed to get on a really long line for a ticket. Of course charged me more, and I lost time in waiting instead skiing... Such a bad service...

Not kept up-to-date Weather forecasts were several weeks out of date. Booking equipment option led to a 404. Altogether not much use.

I charged my card online, and I still had to go to the cashiers. I wasted half an hour on the queue. Very disappointed! Missed the fresh tracks because of the buggy app.

Password reset does not work. This is very basic.... Since more stuff becomes available only through the app, like the loyalty program, it would be good if the app/backend quality improves.
