★★★★★ After updating the app will not let me log in and the chat want $50.00 a month for help and my bill is due today help, help

★★★★★ I enjoyed the fact that I can play my bill on the app, why do we have to pay a convenience fee?

★★★★★ After updating app, I had trouble with the app opening, just kept showing cspire logo... to fixed: go into your app settings and clear cache and clear data... app is working just fine now.

★★☆☆☆ C Spire's customer service is absolute garbage and completely useless. I was moving and needed to have my service disconnected, but was charged for months after my initial request to disconnect even after the rep "assured" me it would get disconnected. Sure, the app works decently enough for my needs, but that's not going to matter much if you ever need help with something else *outside* of the app regarding your account or bill.

★★☆☆☆ I should have listened to others and not updated my app. Now I can't sign in. I know I'm putting in the correct Information. If I could have give 0 stars I would have. Why mess up a good thing?
