Edit: Found a Phone number in the footer of an email, called it and Raleigh cancelled my subscription in 30 seconds! Amazing! Scam! You are not able to unsubscribe When you go into preferences to un subscribe, you are presented with a pin. I've never set a pin. I've tried any munber of pins I would have set. In other places in the app, they refer to a pin as a 2FA code. But I did not receive a 2FA code. There is also no way to contact support. They only have a chatbot, which is no help

This app, My Car wash (CK), works only some of the time. Imagine you are about to wash car, but the app does not work and a line of cars behind yours. It essentially forces you to buy a more expensive car wash ticket on the spot. Do NOT use this app!

Getting worse instead of better. Now need to buy an $80 subscription to get car washes, bundles no longer available. And even that, the app seems to not work at some locations randomly And on top of the $80 subscription, you have to pay up to $7 extra per wash for full service. Getting ridiculous.

Some car washes are not functioning properly—some only offer a single option. Additionally, the app often takes a long time to verify your subscription and occasionally fails to provide the access code.
