The app is great if you only use the basic features. If you use the Credit Score option under Dark Mode then you won't be able to read the FICO 8 credit score option unless you highlight. Has Belle now so a great app overall.

Not to good compared to other banks or credit unions. Every time a new feature like credit score or belle come out it's way too glitchy or doesn't work at all. If you try to call costumer service they say it's your phone or on your end because they don't have issues on their end. Maybe try a beta version before you announce something on an email, and it doesn't work. Will remove this rating if things change, if not good luck with that.

It used to load my accounts quickly. Now it takes forever to load. Sometimes it won't load at all. It's very annoying.

Verizon has been unresponsive regarding the lack of video cell service with my grandkids who call every week to stay in touch with them long distance for 10 years. I've had your service for 9 days and already am I experiencing intermittent video call service and no viable customer support. This is an unacceptable situation. I'm sorry I switched to your company. Already your lack of service is costing me time and money.
