My Club Med

★★★★★ All good, but we need a new feature to sync selected events to local Calendar! Also need detailed resort map in the app.

★★★★★ Gives succinct information about your stay and the schedule/availability of activities. Only issue was at times it needed to refresh or did not connect.

★★★★★ Essential app to get information of club med activities.

★★☆☆☆ The app does not contain all information and functionalities that I needed throughout my stay in Club Med Cheating. I have to scan a QR code upon arrival to download a PDF which contains the full list of activities available and the corresponding time slots. The app also lacks the functionalities to check the map, whether the water sports are cancelled due to the weather (e.g. can't do sailing due to no wind), and book the appointment for the fine dine experience.

★★☆☆☆ Awful holiday app. If this is supposed to improve the quality of your holiday Club Med, you have desperately failed. From Val Thorns on a ski holiday in 2018 to Da Balaia in 2024, the app is equally rubbish, and you clearly take no customer feedback into account when looking to make nonexistent improvements...

★★☆☆☆ Needs work. Activities and restaurants list a location name, but there is no resort map. It would also be nice to be able to build a personal itinerary by selecting the activities you'd like to attend, rather than scroll through the entire day each time you're searching for an activity time. Also, the circus activities should be listed individually for each age group.

★★☆☆☆ This app use to have all the resorts, and you could view and see info specific to that resort (dress code, GO team) but now you can only access resort with a booking. Very disappointed with the changes.
