I really, really want to love this app. I would gladly give it 5 stars if
the Dropbox function would work the way it's supposed to. I have Dropbox
connected, but the file that is supposed to have the recipes in it is
completely empty. The recipes aren'tthrong saved on Dropbox. This means if
something were to happen to my phone ALL of my recipes would be gone!
Please help me fix this issue, and I'd gladly give 10 stars if I could!

I needed something simple to use. That didn't. Have anything but a place where I could put ONLY recipes. Recipes to pass down. I think it's great.

I really like this cookbook app and use it daily! I did notice a minor quirk, though: when typing or copying in a recipe that has () in the text, only the second" )" shows in the recipe. When I go to edit the recipe they are both there but only 1 shows in the display view (i.e. "(grams)" displays as" grams)". Also, it would be great if an additional field above the ingredients were available to enter prep/cook time, servings, etc. type of information.

I have tried various "Cookbook" apps, and must say that My Cookbook does the job. It is a good app for keeping your recipes in one place. You can use photos of recipes already on your phone. Or you can use your phones' camera to capture the text for ingredients and preparation off of physical recipes that have been handed to me by family and friends. A BIG plus is that the photos are converted into text quickly and for the most part accurately unlike other similar apps that are slow. I have been using it for about a week now and if I may make a few suggestions: Add some more "fields" - the source of the recipe, difficulty for me, my rating as to how good it was, serving size and notes. I wonder if you could also make it possible to move this to my SD card? If the fields were added I would want to say this is a 10-star app. Thank you for your work.

Very cute. Love the cookbook idea of having a cover and all. Fonts and themes are absolutely adorable but the functionality is lacking. Other apps I'm trying to allow direct importation of recipes from the web. It's going to be too time-consuming for me to type in each ingredient and all the fields for each one. I just don't have time to manually import each thing. Cute app though. Very simple and I do recommend for someone who has the time to recopy their cookbook into the app.

I could never get the app upright on my tablet, it was always sideways which gave a disadvantage to my cooks.

Been using this app for many years. Always been very good. Then all of a sudden ver. 3.5.0 would not sync. Upgrade to ver. 3.5.8 crashes on Android 5.1 even though on Play it says ver. 5 upwards compatible. APK files blocked from extraction so no going back. Developer answers mails but is very unhelpful with and I don't care attitude. Dismal - Disappointing. At least allow successful apk backups I say. Even the latest Chrome works on ver. 5.

Wrote a full recipe, saved it and then added a picture. When I reopened the app the recipe appeared on the list, but it was empty.
