★★★★★ Not bad but inconsistent access to the e manual for the vehicle which has been downloaded. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't. Really frustrating. Have now discovered that the manual appears on a new opening of the app but not if it has been opened previously and is running in the background.

★★★★★ New Review Nov 2025: All the bugs highlighted before have seemed to be ironed out, plus new features keep appearing. I can now sound my car horn if I need to find it. Keep improving it. Previous 3 Star: Crashes a lot, boots me out and from logging back in. Fails to send Zircon requests (or fails to confirm they went through) which is pretty much the only thing the app can do. Useful for letting us know the battery percentage. Could be a great app if the bugs are fixed, and it has more features.

★★★★★ This app runs my Dacia spring extreme. I was totally anti EV, but the car is actually really good. As far as app’s go this one isn't bad. I spent a while playing with the app and car interface and it's works pretty good. I'm not sure it logs all the charging history and once it allowed the car to charge to 100 percent when I programmed 80 percent. The car updated yesterday, so we'll see if anything changes. Overall I'd give the app 9/10.

★★☆☆☆ Bought a Spring Extreme in May. Great car, but the app just doesn't work! It's constantly out of date, showing battery status from hours ago, you can't see the current level. Switching on air con and lights doesn't work either. It's connected to my account and I can see the car on there, but its next to useless. It's frustrating because it worked for the first few weeks, and now it's stopped. Dacia, please review and sort the app out.

★★☆☆☆ Phone's language: English, app showing mixed words connected by underscore. Some info in English, some in Romanian. Worst car app 👎🏿. #2 Edit: customer service developed this app? Just add a language choose button in the app. Customer should be able to choose from the available languages by himself. Still 1 🌟

★★☆☆☆ Was working fine. Now consistently shows that there is a server error... The App is now totally unreliable...

★★☆☆☆ Quite a while ago it started showing the wrong labels for buttons, they look like variable names in code. Now it started crashing every time I open it, not allowing me to know how far the car charging is. It keeps showing a pop-up with some generic error asking me to try again. Not even reinstalling the app works. It was never great, and it is getting worse over time.
