Very bad services provided by dish tv. When we recharge my account it isn't automatically updated. Dishtv higher executive told you should call after recharge. Why should we opt dishtv if such pathetic answer replied by dishtv. Channels are free, but it is not able to view. It needs call from us to customer care to activate. Recording option automatically disabled every month without our knowledge, but customer service told you should call. Every time dishtv needs our precious time on call.

Very poor app and not a good dishtv service they have too many free unwanted channels at least give some right to the customer to delete these unwanted free channels, there is lots of free and don't want these regional channels, but company not gives right to delte these channels from your pack, it does not have channeled hide facility previous videocon d2h service is very good but this converted dish tv service is very bad, there is no hide button on remote we cannot hide unwanted free dish channels

Horrible and worst experience with this company after recharge unable to see any Chanel also unable to get any support from the customer services... Now I am decide to complain consumer forum ASAP....
