Once I'm done recharge for 1 years, I also complain at that moment after I paid for 1 year that many channels are not coming, that person as well as customer serive person reply that to watch more channels, do recharge or can add more channels with paid, if you want it is company policy, after recharge completed of 1 year, now for last one I have not done recharge you made -36 rupees penalty for not done recharge on time, what is this going on, this is quiet not fair.
