Very poor. Online recharges through these Apps are not getting updated timely. Worst customer support. They simply pass on the time over the phone without any resolution. Not at all reliable. Already reported to your customer care support. In case you need any more information or details about their lethargic approach, you may refer to the customer call report of today or else, give me a call on my registered mobile number or e-mail the details required... I am ready to provide.

If there was an option for giving 0 to 5 star then I would have given 0. I got a new connection of Dish Tv last week thought to be better than others but others are the best. It has less news channels (Assamese). It doesn't have all the live Tv channels (all Assamese, Bbc news, Cnn International, Sport channel etc.) which are available on its set-top box. I will disconnect this Dish Tv and go for Tata play soon.
