★★☆☆☆ Absolutely useless, Doro phones was supposed to be easy to use and allow family members to assist when there was problems. Well this app allows you to adjust the light and add phone numbers. Cannot remote support with that at all, Where is the reboot option, volume control, (it says it's there but the option doesn't work!) install and remove apps, changing systems settings etc. Without any of that this is just bloatware. And then don't even get me started on the phone OS, it's more confusing and infuriating than a stock android! Have to click upwards of 3 times to even start a phone call, two different answering options based on if the phone is locked or not, horrible swipe function, when you close a phone call and you are a bit slow you'll end up dialing somebody else from your phone book! I will never recommend a Doro product to anyone, due to the endless absurd ways this phone and software is build. Completely useless for its intended purpose.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't Work Before you say it I have emailed you. So far the app doesn't work I type in his email in the bar so I can control my Grandads phone an it says it doesn't work
