★★☆☆☆ So far it's a complete major waste of my time entering all this ridiculous data over and over and over and over always fails to set up an account. Duke nurses in the hospital can't help obtain any records nor will the damn doctor. This will truly be my family's first and last time ever dealing with Duke. Now I'm forced into waiting till Monday to call the number in an attempt to find out what the hell is wrong with my wife after hords of CT scans MRI, blood test etc. etc. And we know nothing!

★★☆☆☆ POOR -- It has taken me two days to finally find the page of all my doctors, so I could communicate with them. Before I found my doctors list, I ended up calling my doctor's office to complete and on going arrangement for treatment that should have gone through the portal system and been completed rapidly. So far I have found NO VALUE ADDED by this new portal web page. I am sure in time I will find where you put every thing but the transition has not been smooth.

★★☆☆☆ I log in but can't get past the main screen. If I want to e check in or check my labs, etc., then I get a flashing message that stated" error in the server. Please try again later." I have been getting this message since last week. I have turned my phone off to reboot it. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, making sure it's the new app. I still get the same message. Customer service at Duke instructed me to go to Chrome and clear out the cache, but it didn't work.
