Smooth check-in and easy access to onboard information. Was able to easily check in for the cruise same day with ease. Entered everything I needed for Terminal check-in that made getting through a breeze. To note you do have to make sure you enter your entire name as shown on your passport to make sure the validation of the passport works. So when you book make sure to do so.

Very poor design, so most users will fail to log in. After inputting name, surname and booking number, you are asked to scan passport. No problem. Then you will find your passport is rejected because you didn't book your cruise using every single Christian name. In my case I have three. Ridiculous that the only solution offered when I phoned helpline was to email, so they input all my names into the system. This will cause so much extra work because of abysmal app design
