Constant crashes on Android. It doesn't work on privacy and security focused ROMs like Graphene OS - it works until you sign in, then works for up to 2 seconds and freezes. No workaround found. You cannot even log in the website without the app as it acts as its own 2fa. So, unless you have a spare phone, you can use it neither on mobile nor on desktop, leaving you effectively with no access to e-banking with them at all. If you value security and privacy, you need another banking app.

No matter the update, this app crashes all the time. It's probably the worst bank app I have ever used. Every time I need to confirm a payment with the 3D pass, if I haven't opened the app right before that, I will not receive the confirmation message. I constantly get messages that the fingerprint is not recognized or that the password is wrong, so I do not have access to the online banking system. For a bank with so much money, they can invest in a more functioning app!
