Wish I could provide 0 zero. I reached out for help and received none your customer service reps are the worst they don't allow you to speak with a manager or supervisor, and they do not leave notes on calls. Instagram agent does not answer if you don't leave a comment and WhatsApp agents don't answer with minutes but 4+ hours. You all sent out sms about rebate during hurricane Melissa and didn't let your customers know that they need to be without internet for 72hrs now I am reaching out no help.
