It suddenly changed to a Jamaica only app and no longer works. It used to be a convenient way of paying my bill. Then again, it's par for the course with flow.

Should have known better, 2026 FLOW continues to disappoint. I thought it was something on my end because the app wasn't showing no pertinent data details. Tried restarting, and it's not linking my account, an information error message pops up telling me that the account is already linked, a system error message pops up telling me not able to obtain service information with my email. I don't need this much aggravation to access a service I'm paying for. Won't be renewing my services upon expiry.
