Loved the game. But when it came to trying to cancel a subscription there was no way to do it. It doesn't allow you to do it through Google. And when you ask its AI how it only tells you how too if u have an iPhone. It bypassed my payment method. Went into google to use a different payment method, but won't let me cancel through Google. Its customer service has left me second in line for over an hour.

I loved the game in the beginning, and I still do, but im done with the story line and just realized that I could have bought a small flower shop with the money I just spent... not going to be playing much longer as just to get the fairies for the month is 150 dollars that's NOT including the other flowers that you need to buy... it's too expensive to keep playing and it's the only real way to get ahead is to spend the money...will be uninstalling

Unfortunately it's completely a money grab type of game. There isn't enough in the game for you to do as a F2P player, and it makes it hard to join a decent alliance because you can't progress decently enough to make a difference in a competitive alliance. It feels like a soft model of games like Whiteout Survival but again, doesn't allow for players to progress if you're F2P. And don't try to speak up in their TikTok live streams. They'll just call you cheap and tell you to go to a florist.
