★★★★★ I've had my gen mobile phone for about 3 weeks now. I've had absolutely no drop calls perfect service. Cell phone quality is absolutely perfect. Before this I was with Sprint for 30 years, and the phone quality is just as good as Sprint or any of the other larger companies. The only reason I gave it three stars is I've only used it for a short time. But I am sure after a few more weeks of using the phone and getting used to it five stars will be coming soon.

★★☆☆☆ Gen Mobile is not worth messing with. I have their phone and their service and can't even download their app.I called the service department, and they don't know what to tell me. Never again, I don't care if it's free. It's not worth the hassle.
