Never been to cleethorpes before so tried it on a 4 night basis haven park was clean, and the staff were very helpful had a problem with shower it was sorted within 30 mins liked the park and cleethorpes so much I booked again for a week stayed in a bronze caravan as was a last min booking we have upgraded to a silver for the next holiday we stayed on waterside lots of wildlife on the lake my dogs loved the walks as did I would recommend 10/10

We have had many a good holiday at thorn wick bay for us, it's like a home from home. It's just a shame the cost of living is catching up with us this might be our last holiday at thorn wick bay would definitely recommend thorn wick bay to anyone five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely would not stay here again stayed all over Britain and this is the worst caravan park ev charges are a nightmare caravan was far too close to the next one the people made noise until 2am every day left the dog in the caravan barking all the time I wish I would have stayed at home never again

So far my experience is very poor. I have just booked a holiday. So far this account says no holiday booked. Your confirmation email for the booking says open PDF attached for booking details. Nothing on the email that will open or download. I opened this account nothing here either. Tried to change my password for my old account. You said if the email exists I would receive an email to change my password as I don't member it. Again nothing. So what now ?

Poor App Implementation App sort of works for some things, for ordering food/drinks your Haven login doesn't work, so you have to register again. Then we found GPay didn't work and had to provide full card details. Not happy with that. Good luck getting special offers to work and view Papa John's menu without going ahead and booking it first. To view your bookings you have to search and add, what, I've an account can't you work it out. Someone has been paid too much money to develop this app.
