Very good app I was recommended by the lovely therapist I spoke over the phone, it was just what I needed as a means of information techniques and helping me to assess how I was on a daily basis, which has really helped me to connect with myself and can now see clearer the things I need to focus on, I tend not to use every day as feeling quite good just now, but it's great just to go onto and do quick health check and log your mood for future reference, and if needed there's 24/7 support.

Fabulous app wish I had known about it before now

Could not set it up on my phone. Put all the details in, would not accept finger password, so put email in and lots of personal info and then a page came up telling me I could change push notifications at any time. On my phone there was no way of closing this page as not all of it was viewable. Without closing this page I could not access the app. Uninstalled. Does not seem to cope with range of phones. Very poor asking for date of birth and phone numbers and then not being fit for use.

Useless - don't waste time and energy on this. Was sent/advised to get this app by (so-called experts) and none of the videos I would view work. I did the mental health tests on first signing up and scored very high on both anxiety and depression, and it said" I need to talk to someone" which I did and again was told" use this app". I wanted (needed according to my gp) counselling - as soon as I told health assured I was on waiting list for nhs counselling (5 months) she didn't want to listen.
