90% of the time your server says It's busy and not reachable. I'm a paid user through a school. So my ward is not able to complete the assignments on time because of your server is not available. Kindly improve the bandwidth to handle the traffic better. Expecting you to work on this issue.

The app does not update the scores on the leader board. Despite all the handwork the kids puts in, the ranking and the scores update for some and does not update for others. This needs to be fixed or remove the leader board feature. App is not worth the hype. It definitely demotivates the kids.

If I have zero-star option I would give that. Paid user from school. Profile has option to choose only class 3, but the ward is in 2nd std. Leader board shows correct data but unable to access any of the relevant contents. Raised help desk query no response yet. Also, what ever video is complete no option to save the progress when the video is exited it is ok if ur process is not saved. Then how to save it no clue. Content seems to be good, app is worse. IT department to do more testing I guess.
