This app is pretty easy for my teen volunteers use. I do have to show them and guide them on how it works. A lot of the problems they have is because of something I messed up on my end, but we arr both learning. I just wish there was an admin better impact app.

This is the perfect app for volunteers who do the Volunteering work for V8's Supercars, Shannon Speed Series racing, let me know when I want to volunteer for any race events and give me the volunteers hours and car racing events in hours I've done in the past. As a volunteer I highly recommend this app for all your information and giving you your notification when you want to do the race event or not if you are not able to do the event give you the choice if something happens that you can't do it

Colour scheme on drop down menu is painful to look at with bright purple background and black text. A WCAG compliant color scheme needs to be implemented/verified.

When I sign up for Opportunities, using this app, sometimes they don't even actually get on the Schedule. I only notice later that I'm not signed up for Opportunities that I previously signed up for. This has happened three times now over a span of several months. There was never any warning or error. And other times I am assigned to opportunities that I did not actually sign up for. There's something really wrong with this app. Maybe it's because I'm on android 16. The Web version works great.

There is no away to get help with the app. The app does not allow the to save the username and password - anymore. It always says to talk to you admin - who is that how do I talk to the admin?

It won't install. I have tried at least once a week for two months and always get "My Impact will be installed on your device soon." It never is
