This is the perfect app for volunteers who do the Volunteering work for V8's Supercars, Shannon Speed Series racing, let me know when I want to volunteer for any race events and give me the volunteers hours and car racing events in hours I've done in the past. As a volunteer I highly recommend this app for all your information and giving you your notification when you want to do the race event or not if you are not able to do the event give you the choice if something happens that you can't do it

Colour scheme on drop down menu is painful to look at with bright purple background and black text. A WCAG compliant color scheme needs to be implemented/verified.

I volunteer for two different organizations who both use better impact, but there's no way to switch organizations once you're on the app, I have to have two different accounts

Hi, I have issue with this app when adding the second organization to my account, as my second organization is not visible and I can't see my hrs and add them to my profile. It only shows my first organization info. It's so frustrating as I don't see any customer service number nor email address for trouble shouting.

Literally guessed twice for username and password went to forgot password, and it's saying I'm a robot, to try again later. There are no confirmations sent for orientations I signed up for. I could see a lot of problems with "volunteers" that are actually due to how not user-friendly this app is. Would give it 0 stars if I could

It won't install. I have tried at least once a week for two months and always get "My Impact will be installed on your device soon." It never is
