★★★★★ When working absolutely brilliant, but our door does not automatically close, so the system is only as good as the installer and maintenance operatives door not automatically closing means it is open most of the day and night

★★☆☆☆ I have android 14, and the app decides to not work, and sending me a phone call instead of a notification, I know I can pick up the call, but there are times when I cannot get phone calls, and we cannot open our door.

★★☆☆☆ Absolute rubbish app. Worked for a whole of 5 minutes, maybe. Doesn't ring anymore, I'm constantly missing deliveries because I have no idea anyone's ringing our doorbell. I have tried force stop, restarting my phone, turning notifications off and back on again, reinstalling, nothing helps. Completely useless to me now. Latest reinstallation doesn't even let me past the phone number entry screen. FIX IT PLEASE!!!

★★☆☆☆ This is not only a garbage app, but a garbage system. We were forced to have these doors by the council. They left loads of screws outside which they didn't clear up. When someone rings your door which then rings your phone it takes over a minute to alert your mobile and by that time the delivery person has left with your parcel! The delay, coming from France might I add is unacceptable. I have a workaround by putting clear gel tape over the door magnets, so the door is always open. Rubbish!
