This app is the worst. I had more than a days streak. Yesterday there was change of icon and when I tried opening app it didn't load. I tried multiple types, and then I reinstalled the app, but it still didn't open. I had backed my entries on drive as I connected my drive before. But when I reinstalled the app I lost all my data and I couldn't recover it.

What should I say ? This app is to write your thoughts, and currently I am not getting any thought to describe this app. A truly wonderful app in its sense. I love it, I mean no problem in using it easy to access and write and that emoji emotion feature is really 'more than words'.

Hey, I’ve been using your app for a while, and I’ve got some really important stuff in there that I’ve been working on for weeks. But now it won’t even load when I try to open it. Could you please check what’s going on and fix it? I’m honestly stressing because I can’t afford to lose all that writing 🙏

Honestly was a good app, until one day decided to randomly stop working, like you'd have a 100 days worth of journal ling (literally me) in this app, and it'll stop working, it just didn't open, now what can I do, I wrote reviews, I tried emailing them, but well no replies, cleared cache and tried literally everything, until I finally decided to uninstall and reinstall to no avail. Not trustworthy, wouldn't recommend

The fonts don't work, Mood selection always goes back to Happy no matter what you choose, and there aren't any templates. The layout described on the help page is not what the app actually looks like. Just a little note for the developers. Itn8 looks as though that might be new, so there are probably a few little things that need to be worked out yet. If you can get the fonts and mood to work, then this would truly be an awesome app.

I just wrote my diary entries which are soo imp to me ... but now the suddenly stopped working and IDK how to get my data back im glad to know tht the bug is fixed but I couldn't find any update option or open the app again and also I forgot to mention that the logo of the app was changed
