Third class products and worse service.... My Grand + R. O stopped working as filter need to be changed, and Filter change Alarm started, so I call Kent service provider to change the filter and the service boy changed the filters ....then also Alarm doesn't stop making sound and service boy charged 1000 Rs extra to stop the alarm ..... A big Loot in the name of Filter Replacement.... I escalate this to Kent customer care but no response from them till date. "DO NOT BUY KENT PRODUCTS"
