To use My Leaf, you must have a NissanConnect subscription and account.
North American vehicles and vehicles made before 2016 are no longer supported.
Keep in mind, My Leaf depends on Nissan’s services. If Nissan’s services and app are unavailable, My Leaf will also be unavailable.

Really nice app and so much better than the official Nissan Connect app. The developer has answered an issue I had and explained the situation, so this is an update of my original review. If this is what an independent developer can do, then you need to give Nissan a call and offer your services.

Can't log in. in response to app developer. Sorry. But if an app doesn't work. Then it doesn't work. Could you imagine having to reach out to every App maker/developer every time an app on ya phone didn't work....? Exactly. You make, I appreciate and try but my experience is my experience. If You want a more detailed review or a change in review, that's Kool. But for me not to put my opinion on my experience, so others can make better decisions about which app to use....... C'est La Vie.

No longer functions in UK (don't know about other countries) since 1st April 2024. Nissan say, the 3rd party contractor with Nissan no longer supports 2G networks on which the app and olders cars are based. Also note, this app has never worked with historical data, monthly stats etc. but it was good for turning on the heater remotely on a cold day, until 2G was cancelled.

Warning to Nissan North American users. This will not work if you're in the USA or maybe Canada. Nissan of North America blocks this APP making sign in impossible.
