Poor app not able to share my live location for more than 6 hours prefer using Google default sharing app. Plus every time I share it gives an error

I only put one star just so I could say something my phone says it's updating this but then when I come to the app it says would you like to install, I don't understand that and is this app able to track someone like everywhere they go? I'm assuming yes what information would they need to be able to track someone? This app scares me it's like I can be getting followed it everywhere I go and having it sent to another person like I said I'm assuming it does that??? 🤦
