Stop calling everything "my something". I don't know where product managers learned this, but please stop. It's bad. You're hurting your brand, and you get grouped with every other app that does the same.

Last week, at my home, wifi didn't work and I called the number 16209,nobody didn't responce, after that I went to meo shop Caixa chi ado, there also they didn't responce very well. Just only they told me someone calls you latter, when they called from 16209, but nobody didn't speak anything and after some second they disconnect the line, i visited meo shop Caixa chi ado 5 times. After 5 days mr. Flavio came at my home and repair Wi-Fi. You have to quick responce for the costumer, teach your staf about service

Without internet since Thursday 08h15 due to storm. We had similar issue a few years ago and Meo gave us mobile data for free. No additional mobile data so far.

I have a very, very bad experience with meo service and their customer services. Meo Baixa-Chiado store staff so poor service. They don't like to talk to the client, but they are talking to each other. I'm going to change my mobile number last year in November and still it's not changed I already paid every month for my SIM card on the other hand I'm paying extra. So I was going lots of times to the Baixa-Chiado store they are not helping me with this issue.
