I was very skeptic about this app, but it has proven me wrong. Service disruptions and suspensions services including water and electricity, power outages, repairs and maintenance, all under one, amazing!! All complaints registered been attended to and amended. Only thing I'd recommend is to enable payments and statement downloads/view. Lovely work!!

Can't register complaint. Keeps saying "Unauthorized" or "Network Error". There is NOTHING wrong with my network.

Useless app! Cannot register a complaint, my phone and all the relevant software is updated. Cannot register my Profile it keeps on telling me in not connected to the network, but I am.

Oh dear! Connectivity seems to be an issue but not an issue! It's the same as the dead dog we've watched melting into the ground for about 3 months now - Sickening. Get it right before raving about it Midvale!
